On Friday, Hangseng had closed deep in the red. FTSE and DAX were stabbed brutally. DOW was slit open badly too. Then just what turned it around over the weekend?
“JUST WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED that makes all World bullish on Monday?”
Well nothing really. The ECB has bought a brand new swanky printing press in which they will print € 500 Billion and distribute the paper money under the guise of stimulus package. This will drive up the market relentlessly and perhaps we may even eventually see a € Vs $ rate of 1:1. The US$ Index may just find it difficult to hold the € juggernaut. While the US Fed is also printing $ relentlessly, the Index may eventually be knifed through and the € may emerge as the new world order currency.
WILL THIS SUSTAIN ?
Is this going to be a face off between the two largest printing presses in the world? Or, is it becoming a tradition to welcome the New Premier with a stimulus package. First Obama and now Cameron!!!
