For today, WATCH 5280 LEVEL AS SUPPORT. BELOW 5280 LEVEL, IT MAY HIT 5260 ON INTRADAY BASIS. ON THE UPSIDE 5380 MAY ACT AS RESISTANCE.
From options data (Read OI analysis page), major activities were seen at the ATM 5300 and 5200 Put strikes. Highest addition of 4.5 million was seen at 5300 Put during last week whereas among Call strikes, closure was seen at the 5300 strike. Marginal addition was seen at OTM Call strikes. Closure of positions was also seen in most of the sectors despite positive market sentiments. Highest closure was seen in the cement and telecom space. However, stocks from auto, technology and power sectors witnessed marginal additions during the week.
